In-warranty
Booking is easy - your repair is covered under warranty.
Out-of-warranty
One-off repair is a single, fixed price repair on your boiler, carried out by one of our expert Baxi engineers.
Includes:
- Engineer call-out, parts, labour and VAT
- If we can't fix your boiler, we'll only charge a £90 inspection fee and refund the rest of your payment
- Parts are guaranteed for 12 months following the repair and labour is covered for 90 days

We are here to provide peace of mind for all your servicing needs. We offer servicing for boilers, filters, cylinders, air source heat pumps and more.
*If the appliance is deemed beyond repair after the first repair, you will be given up to £750 towards a new appliance.
**If the appliance can't be repaired on the first repair, or repair exceeds £500 limit, your plan will be cancelled with a 100% refund.
