regular checks and continued peace of mind.

Heading Air source heat pump and ASHP + cylinder servicing plans

We offer in-warranty servicing plans for your heat pump and your ASHP   
cylinder, with visits carried out by trained engineers to check key   
components and note any visible issues. There are separate plans for   
either the heat pump and the ASHP + cylinder, and each plan can be   
paid in full or spread over monthly payments. This gives you the   
flexibility while making sure both systems are checked according to   
guidance. These inspections are carried out at recommended intervals,   
helping ensure your heat pump and ASHP cylinder stay in good working   
order.

Servicing plan

ASHP only service plan

£18.75 payable monthly via direct debit or £225.00 in full payable by a credit or debit card.

  • Clean evaporator and fan
  • Clean case for wastewater paths
  • Clean line strainer & Adey MagnaClean®
  • Check safe operation: temperature checks & pressure relief valves
  • Check system operation and glycol levels
  • Test electrical connections
  • Check for leaks
  • Check all components are functioning properly
  • Inspect and test expansion vessel(s)

  • Sold up to the penultimate year of your warranty
  • Paid monthly by Direct Debit
  • Peace of mind right to the end of your product’s warranty

Servicing plan

ASHP + cylinder service plan

£25.00 payable monthly via direct debit or £300.00 in full payable by a credit or debit card.
Everything included from the ASHP only plan plus:

  • Check safety pressure relief valves and ensure they’re working properly
  • Manually test the temperature/pressure relief valve to prevent blockages
  • Inspect the appliance internally using the immersion heater access point
  • Descale and clean the immersion heater(s) if required
  • Check and recharge the expansion vessel pressure
  • Recommission the system after maintenance
  • Check for leaks and ensure everything’s running safely and efficiently
