At Baxi, our Apprenticeship programmes has expanded across both our Warwick & Preston offices to cover from level 3 all the way up to Masters degree level. They have included areas of the business including R&D, L&D, Marketing, HR, Finance, Sustainability, and Health & Safety.
Overview of Office-based Apprenticeships
Today, we currently have 43 Apprentices plus 27 Team Leaders who we’re supporting to get their Level 3 in Team Management via an Apprenticeship within our business, and 43 have successfully completed their apprenticeships and continue to advance their careers.
It's important to note that apprenticeships are open to both new and existing employees, have no age limit, and are available at all levels, from school leavers to those pursuing Degrees and Masters. They offer fantastic opportunities for everyone!
