Why should I use Baxi Genuine Parts?
Baxi Genuine Parts are the only ones that have been manufactured to the same standard as our products. Counterfeit or copied spare parts may fit our boilers but are often unreliable and even dangerous, and in the event of a breakdown or accident, the responsibility will be with the heating engineer, affecting their reputation in the process. This is why we always recommend that only Baxi Genuine Parts are used with our products.
What parts do you supply?
We supply critical and wear and tear parts that can be fitted across our heating and hot water product range. Some of these include heating controls, plate heat exchangers, circulation pumps, and components for our hot water cylinders, with product guides also available.
What if I don’t know what part I need?
We aim to make it easy for you to get the right part through product search, make and model, and other filters. However, we also understand that knowing exactly what part you need isn’t always as straightforward as that. How soon can I have a part delivered?
In most cases, parts are available for next day delivery. We also work with partners who have a nationwide stock of thousands of spare parts between them.
Can I get a part for a product that has been discontinued?
Yes you can. We aim to support our products for at least 10 years after a product has been discontinued.
