Baxi ASHP Control  

The Baxi ASHP Control is designed for easy installation and set-up, precise and smarter energy management.

 

Available on its own or pre-fitted to the Baxi ASHP Pre-plumbed Cylinder, the Baxi ASHP Control manages heat pump performance ensuring optimal efficiency. In hybrid solutions the control can be set to enable lower running costs to be achieved.

            Baxi Air Source Heat Pump - ASHP heat pump heating system

            Integrating with our ASHPs 

            To operate our ASHP monoblocs, a controller is needed.

             

            For our Mid-temperature ASHP, the Baxi HP40 and Baxi Assure HP50; a basic controller is already provided in the box with limited functionalities.

             

            If you would like to have further functionalities listed below or you are installing a high temperature ASHP; Baxi HP60 or Baxi Assure HP55 without the Baxi ASHP Pre-Plumbed Cylinder, you will need our Baxi ASHP Control.

             

            Our ASHP control functionalities are: 

            • User-friendly controller.
            • 3 wires simple connection to the ODU. This ASHP Control is a hub where is all cables are connected to it inside the home.
            • Heating curve for each zone.
            • R-Bus: uSense connected room thermostat,
            • 24 V on/off thermostat, OpenTherm thermostat.
            • uSense: outdoor sensor and feedback on ambient temperature that will regulate in an optimised way
            • The ASHP functionality - with WI-FI connectivity
            • The user can control their ASHP remotely.
            • Commissioning Wizard App for an easy set up and commissioning, when used with GTW IoT or GTW 35.
            • Automatic defrost.
            • Setting water temperature (water flow and DHW tank).
            • Screed drying.
            • Low noise mode.
            • Energy management monitoring.
            • Anti-legionella function.
            • 2 pump zones functionality.
            • Commissioning menu to test the ASHP.
