How to book your Boiler service online

If you currently have a Maintenance and Support plan with us, please follow the instructions below to book your boiler service.


If you do not have a Maintenance and Support plan, you can book online or call us on 0330 828 0709 to book your service.


Step 1

Your Plans


  • Please visit the Domestic and General website then create an account or log in using your existing username and password.
  • Click on the Repairs and Services button


Step 2

Your Details


  • Select the Book your Annual service option
  • Fill out the questions about your boiler, access & parking and health & wellbeing
  • Please ensure your details are correct and select confirm


Step 3

Your Service


  • You can now book an engineer to carry out your annual service - please choose your preferred data and select book an engineer
  • Your booking should now be confirmed!
